In most cases, there is no cost the Landlord for our services, due to management fees being paid via service charges. We eliminate the day-to-day management and administration of maintaining and protecting the Landlord's investment. In addition, we can also collect Ground Rent and arrange Insurance Premiums, if charged to do so. Furthermore, the maintenance and safety of a block, is our obligation to manage, independent of the individual interests of Tenants to keep the Landlord informed of all regulatory compliances, that have not been put in place or have not met the standards required.
it is our endeavour to keep abreast of changes in the law and to incorporate processes and procedures in our operation, to provide quality performance and provision of services, that meet the 'Good Practices' set out in the British Standards guidelines for property management. We are a member of PRS, a public redress scheme, allowing Tenants 3rd party arbitration on any issues, they feel are not being addressed by ourselves, although we work hard to circumvent this circumstance.
Below are some of the sources we use:
We cover all areas within the M25. Currently we are managing properties as far south as Gatwick, Romford in the east, Uxbridge in the west and Edgware in the North. The majority of our properties are in central London, south east and south west London. Our team are constantly out in the field, inspecting properties and following up issues and repairs, so we are able to cover you property quickly, wherever it may be.
Universal Property Management was founded in 2012 and we are based in London. Our team are constantly in the field, across the London area, carrying out inspections and following up issues and repairs. We are a member of the PRS and we follow the RICS code of best practices for property management.
Here you can view a small selection of properties, that we are managing, providing an insight into the type of management services, that we are providing across London to our clients. Our aim is not to impress, but to show a variety of different properties that we have undertaken and a clearer view of the service we provide.
