  • In most cases there is no cost to the Landlord for our services, due to management fees being paid through service charges. We eliminate the day-to-day management and administration of maintaining and protecting the Landlord's investment. In addition, we can also collect ground rent and insurance premiums, if charged to do so. Furthermore, the maintenance and safety of a block, is our obligation to manage, independent of the individual interests of residents and so as to keep the landlord informed of all regulatory compliances that have not been put in place or are not meeting the standards required.

The majority of our properties are central London, south east and south west London. However, although our office is based in East London, our team are constantly out inspecting sites and following up issues and repairs, all over the London area. So wherever you property is, we are able to cover it.
