    We currently manage a wide range of properties. from listed buildings, flats above shops, office blocks, residential blocks, to commercial spaces and units. Recognising, that all properties are different, is key to our approach and we have a dedicated digital portfolio, that supports our aim in making this approach efficient and professional.

    We are based on London, covering all areas within the M25 area.

    Although the office is open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm only, we are available for emergency out-of-hours issues (24/7), meetings with clients and tenants. 

    We have built up relationships with an array of different contractors, that aid our efficiency in dealing with maintenance issues and support the requirements of each property.

    We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme and we follow the RICS code of practice, for property management. We have have Employee, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity cover.

    When we have taken over the management of a property, we are usually met with the following issues, conveyed by the Landlord and Tenants - (1) Poor communication; (2) Poor or unclear accounting; or (3) Poor maintenance and upkeep of the property.

    Below is our approach to each of these issues:

  • Communication

    • We believe this is of primary importance
    • We aim to reply to emails and calls within 24 hours
    • We are contactable by phone and email 24/7
    • All of our team are in constant communication with our office
    • We follow up all communications
    • All correspondence and phone calls are logged
  • Accounts

    • Annual accounts are compiled by a 3rd Party Accountant each year
    • Budgets and apportions are agreed and issued to each Tenant
    • All service charge funds are kept in separate client accounts for each property
    • Reserve funds are kept in separate savings accounts for each property
    • Variants on budgets are detailed and discussed with Tenants
  • Maintenance

    • Our aim is to keep costs to a minimum
    • We search for the most competitive prices
    • We have no affiliation with any contractors
    • We take no commission on any contractors' invoices
    • Any major works require multiple quotes submitted to Tenants
    • We carry out monthly inspections of each property with reports
