Welcome to Universal Property Management. We provide specialist property management services for a wide range of properties. Our core business is Block Management, looking after Residential Blocks and Commercial and mixed-use properties, and we also handle Project and Planning Supervision.
Residential Block Management. We provide a comprehensive property management service, working with property owners, RMCs and Leaseholders to give responsive and considered management solutions.
Commercial Property Management. We have experience in dealing with the range of clients requirements for commercial property including development and ongoing maintenance.
Project and Planning. We provide a level of management that offers clients the freedom to enjoy greater benefits from their property investment.
At the heart of what we do is the fact that block management is a straightforward business. We believe that efficient and effective block management revolves around getting tasks done properly in a timely manner.
Our overriding objective is to promote a culture of transparency and trust. Leaseholders should expect services to be provided at reasonable costs and their hopes and wishes must be given prime consideration at all times.
We are members of the Property Redress Scheme, giving Leaseholders the option to address their issues through arbitration, although we work hard for this never to arise. We observe the terms of the Landlord and Tenant Act, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act and all legislation relevant to the workplace and residential/mixed use buildings. We are also regulated by the Information Commissioners Office in respect of Data Protection and The Office of Fair Trading for Money Laundering.
We strive to listen to our clients and leaseholders, which in turn helps the development of our services and accommodates their specific needs, delivering tailored solutions that allow our team to manage their block in the most effective way possible within the M25 area. We provide a bespoke system that offers the flexibility needed for Block Management.
UPM was founded in 2006 and we are based in East London, although members of our team are constantly in the field, all over the London area, carrying out inspections and following up issues. We are a member of The Property Redress Scheme (PRS) and we follow the RICS code of best practice for managing agents.
